demolist123 Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-09-04. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the service.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of demolist123 concerning account registration, browsing content, publishing a Demo or Website, posting comments, receiving inbox messages, and using other features. The operator's legal identity, filing information, and valid contact details are those subsequently published on the Website.
By checking the consent box during registration or continuing to use the service after these Terms take effect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them. Minors must use the service with the guidance and consent of a guardian. Where a user lacks the corresponding capacity for civil conduct, their guardian must perform the necessary actions and bear the corresponding responsibility.
2. Account registration and security
You must provide a lawful, truthful, and valid email address and account information. You may not impersonate another person, organization, or public institution, or use an identity likely to mislead the public. If real-identity verification is legally required for publishing or other features, the operator may request additional verification. Refusing legally required verification may make the relevant publishing features unavailable.
You must protect your password and are responsible for activity under your account. Contact the operator promptly if you discover unauthorized use or a security issue. You may not transfer, rent, or sell accounts; register accounts in bulk; bypass access controls; attack the system; collect non-public data; or interfere with the service.
3. Services and community mechanisms
demolist123 provides product and Website showcases, experience feedback, comments and replies, One Take articles, inbox messages, and administration features. For operational and security needs, the operator may adjust features, review policies, presentation, and reasonable usage limits, with notice through page announcements, inbox messages, or another reasonable method.
Demo publishing eligibility and credits follow the Community Guide. Administrators may decide whether either submission section requires approval before publication. Review is a community moderation measure and does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a product's quality, legality, security, merchantability, or external links.
4. User content
You are responsible for text, images, links, comments, and other content you upload, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or lawful authorization. You retain your rights in that content while granting the operator a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to provide, display, review, distribute, and improve the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for retention required by law, backup caches, displays already completed, and copies needed to resolve disputes.
You may not publish or distribute content that violates laws or regulations; endangers national security or the public interest; undermines social stability; is obscene or pornographic; promotes gambling, violence, terrorism, extremism, or crime; spreads rumors or falsehoods; insults or defames others; infringes privacy or intellectual property; promotes discrimination or hatred; constitutes marketing harassment, malicious traffic diversion, fraud, or malicious code; or otherwise harms lawful rights or the online environment. Comments must be based on genuine experience. Review farming, copied filler, and fabricated usage claims are prohibited.
5. Content moderation, hiding, and deletion
As permitted by law or these Terms, the operator may review accounts and content; reduce their visibility; hide, restore, delete, or remove them from publication; restrict features; or suspend or permanently terminate accounts, while retaining necessary records. Hidden content is invisible to ordinary users but remains recorded and can be restored by the site owner. Deleted content is removed directly from the business system and usually cannot be recovered.
You may edit or delete your own submissions and comments. Deleting a submission does not return Demo credits already used. Deleting your first experience review does not automatically revoke eligibility already granted. Deleting a root comment may also delete its replies. Records may be lawfully retained for a necessary period to meet legal obligations, support investigations, resolve disputes, maintain security backups, or protect the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property and infringement claims
Rights in the Website interface, branding, software, and operator-created content belong to the operator or the applicable rights holder. Without permission, you may not copy, sell, reverse-exploit, or use them beyond reasonable quotation.
A rights holder who believes content on the Website is infringing may provide the operator with proof of identity and ownership, the specific URL, an explanation of the alleged infringement, and a declaration of truthfulness. The operator will forward the notice and take necessary measures under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and other applicable rules. The publisher may submit a lawful counter-notice stating that no infringement exists.
7. Personal information and data security
To provide account, submission, comment, review, inbox, and security services, the operator processes necessary information such as your display name, login email, password hash, public contact information, published content, review records, and login and security logs. Contact details you voluntarily enter in a submission are shown to visitors. Your login email is not automatically public.
The operator follows the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, takes reasonable security measures, and does not sell personal information. Information may be processed to the extent necessary to provide technical services, meet legal obligations, respond to security incidents, or act under separate authorization. Through account features or the operator's published contact channels, you may request access to, correction, copying, or deletion of personal information, account cancellation, or withdrawal of consent, except where otherwise provided by law or necessary to perform a contract.
8. External links and limits of responsibility
Products and Websites linked in user submissions are operated by third parties. Before visiting them, assess their authenticity, security, privacy policies, and transaction risks yourself. For interruptions caused by force majeure, infrastructure failure, third-party services, cyberattacks, or legally required measures, the operator will make timely repairs and bear responsibility as required within the limits permitted by law.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not reduce rights granted by law to consumers, minors, or personal information subjects. A user who causes loss to another person through unlawful conduct, infringement, or breach of these Terms bears responsibility as required by law.
9. Inbox notices and changes to these Terms
Review outcomes, comment activity, moderation measures, and operational notices may be delivered through inbox messages. Changes that materially affect user rights will be presented prominently. Where renewed consent is legally required, the operator will obtain it separately. If you do not accept an update, you may stop using the service and request account cancellation.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If negotiations fail, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction in the People's Republic of China in accordance with law.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Headings are for convenience only. A failure by the operator to exercise a right immediately does not waive that right.
11. Principal legal basis and contact
These Terms are principally based on the current Civil Code, Cybersecurity Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Data Security Law, and Law on the Protection of Minors of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace, the Provisions on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem, the Provisions on the Administration of Internet User Account Information, and other applicable rules.
